1. favorite fic you wrote this year

Aw, man. I would have loved to say it's the first one I've written for the Binary Boyfriends, but the one that takes the cake is the one I did for them on Valentine's Week. I was running on 2-4 hours of sleep each day for that one single week, and even though I had the outlines prepared beforehand, there were bits and bobs that had to be incorporated which ultimately changed the course of the fic. Would I do that setup again? Hell no, not anytime soon. But I had fun letting the boys play cat and mouse to see who wrote the love letters to Demetri.

21. most memorable comment/review

They're surely the recent ones @ceruleangold has been leaving on every single chapter of Seven Ways to Sunday. I've hit a writing slump sometime in March up until September, so reading those comments along with everyone else's has become my favorite things to read because they give me enough drive to finish shit. I'm determined more than ever to finish what I have to finish before the new season comes out, because I will not be sitting still for it.

You mentioned in your tags in an earlier post about Arthur not being able to live without Merlin and I think that's very true. Gwen means a lot to him, no doubt but when he banished her for that misunderstanding with Lancelot he coped. It hurt and he angsted over it but he got on. But when Merlin goes missing, even presumed dead he doesn't except it, goes out of his way to go looking for him, king responsibilities who? And need I remind you of the line "Where's Merlin? I want him back."

Yes, I think this is why Rupert Young said this :) it was obvious how Arthur wasn’t able to live a single day without Merlin. But I think, at this point, the directors of the show already surrendered to Merthur xD

AAAA thank you for the reassurance! I’m always interested to know more about where their potential relationship can go (and go even as far as delving into Migueli, but that’s an entirely different story on its own). It’s hard trying to conjure up these intricate headcanons for them, so I really applaud the awesome folk who detail it so well. I’m in the process of checking other Hawk x Demetri fics out to expand my imagination!
