Although Justin Bieber was number 4 on my top 6 favorite artists... I had the chance to see him for a private sold out acoustic show at The Danforth Music Hall Monday and it was unreal. It was seriously a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am going to share my experience with you.

The show was only announced last week, trying to get tickets was absolutely ridiculous. I consider myself to me thee ticket master because I happen to have really good skills/luck with getting great seats for shows because why would you want it any other way? Ha-ha, anyways for Bieber’s show my friend and I were on 9 different devices trying to get tickets and nothing came up... It was heartbreaking and because there were only 1,500 tickets for this show literally only scalpers got tickets and were trying to sell the $100 tickets for $5,000 each!! Thankfully everyone took to Twitter and were tweeting Justin and whoever else that might have been able to help. Universal Music Canada then announced the following day that they would be releasing tickets through ticketmaster with a code. This time I asked my mom (she’s also a ticket master) and friend who lives in Edmonton for backup so that I would for sure end up with one. They go on sale and yet again NOTHING was available for anyone I knew, so frustrating... Thankfully once again I wasn’t the only one and Universal Music tweeted that there would be tickets being released in waves throughout the day. So later on my friend texts me telling me she got on and to get on ticketmaster right away so that I could get one but it was seriously impossible. Honestly buying concert tickets is one of the most stressful things for me and of course I love going to every show I can. 

Then a miracle happens and my friend back in Edmonton managed to get me a floor ticket!! It was such a relief and I am forever grateful to him for helping me out. Then Monday rolls around and although I’m usually all about going hours and hours early to a concert to be front of the line I decided to go an hour before the doors opened and let me tell you... The line to get in was seriously a mile long, around the block and all the way down from the Danforth Music Hall. I stood outside in the cold for about two hours however, that was really nothing compared to my one friend who had camped out since 1am! Once I was in I was relieved because the floor wasn’t completely packed and since it was a general admission ticket I was pretty close to the front. It was such an unreal show, Justin was perfect live especially since it was an acoustic set. It was a very intimate show and considering I’ve been in love with him since 2009 it was so emotional getting to be so close and see him put on a show like that. Not to mention he would never in a million years go to my hometown and do that! Justin Bieber: Purpose in Toronto was another thing to add to the list of many awesome things that I’ve been able to do since moving here. 6 more months and I’ll get to see him again for his Purpose World Tour!
