Oh no, I'm sorry you're not feeling well! Here's one of my favorite headcanons to help a bit:
I think vampires can purr. After all, bats can, and they're associated with vampires all the time. Can you imagine Astarion getting his hair pet, or being in the middle of a group hug, or in a cuddle, and getting so startled when he starts purring? Gale and Karlach would lose their minds. It's gonna be "Hug a vampire day" every day for the rest of forever! XD
