Our trip to the fair came to an abrupt end. Luckily we were heading out anyways, but try eating an entire Elephant Ear while a giant Thunder Storm opens up directly above you! That’s how my visit this year ended! Shoving my face rapidly with cinnamon sugar and butter coated goodness as we tried to get out of the rain, and then speed walking back to our car with lightning striking all around us, thunder booming, and rain soaking through our clothes.
