ive seen lots of lighthearted comments (not here but other places) asking about how schezo cooked the cave cake. it made me remember how my schezo did it and how good the cave cakes always turned out haha
he had this specific pan he used, and hed gather up all his ingredients and put them into the pan and mix them all up, and then hed get a fire going and he had this metal stand thing? i think? and hed set the pan on it to bake over the fire.
while it was doing that he had a bowl that he liked to make the frosting in. for a multi tier cake, hed just put a mold in the bottom of the pan so that it would turn out that size instead and then just make less batter.
