I came out as trans to almost all of my close online friends in Japan. For now, I feel like I've given it my all. Up until now, I've felt a barrier between myself and all my friends, which made it uncomfortable to talk to them. I still feel awkward and uncomfortable, but at least I've managed to secure a safe space for myself.
