ok i'll start with the lube. i've only tried one other lube before so i don't have a lot to compare it to, but in my limited experience, it's effective. usually only need one or two pumps and it will cover both my partner and myself, there's no taste, and it's not sticky. i do wish it came with a cap or something because the pump leaks a little and when you get any lube on the bottle, it becomes so slippery and hard to hold. so the product itself is great, but the packaging needs some work.

(i've only used it three times now so take this with a grain of salt) the first time i used it, i was a little underwhelmed but it's growing on me. level two of the pleasing vibe is about equal to level one of the hitachi. i usually only use level one of the hitachi but with the pleasing vibe, i've been exploring the different levels, trying both sides. it feels like the transition between levels on the pleasing vibe is smoother than the hitachi, if that makes sense? like level one to level two feels less jolting than level one to level two on the hitachi. level 4 on the hitachi is more powerful than level 7 of the pleasing vibe so if the hitachi doesn't do it for you, then this definitely won't. you can have both the handle and the bulb vibrating at the same time, but if you want to switch from using one side to the other, you have to shut it off then turn it back on, which is annoying. they didn't mention this in the instructions but if you hold down the button, it will ramp up through the levels instead of having to press it repeatedly.
i don't usually use wands for personal use but i have been grabbing this more, whether just to keep trying it out or because it does feel nice. where i tend to use vibrators to quickly get off, get it over with, i'm playing around with the pleasing vibe, i'm trying different levels, i'm using both sides. it makes masturbation last longer for me, makes it more enjoyable.
is it worth the $$$? i bought them separately so the pleasing lube ended up being $31.94 (including shipping), and the vibe was $78.27 (including shipping) which totals to $110.21 (if bought together, i would've saved $10 on shipping) which is cheaper than the hitachi magic wand plus. i would say the lube is definitely worth it, it's a sizable bottle and a little product goes a long way, but just be careful of getting the bottle messy or letting it fall over. the vibrator... that's up to you. i think the pricing is fair, if not leaning towards the more expensive side. if you want something compact but runs smoothly then i'd say go for it, but if you want something that will shake and shiver you into another realm then keep on looking.
