Oh noo D: poor hen... I remember when my first chicken got attacked by a dog... it was awful. We lost several to dogs and some went 'missing' over the years. Farm life was nice. Mucking stalls and cleaning chicken coops was gross and probably the hardest of the work. Keeping on feeding schedule and carrying hay bales and feed bags was exhausting. But working with all the animals ~except the geese~ was always great ^^
Dude, you’re right about geese ‘cause I don’t think I’ve ever met a NICE goose?! We have parks where a bunch of geese would hang out and they’d literally chase you and it was terrifying, LOL.

I used to live on a farm and we had a few horses and a dozen cats because a bunch adopted us and our big warm barn. We also had dogs and chickens and some evil geese but anyway anyway one of my favorite things was, when I would walk out to the back of our property, I'd have this whole PARADE of horses and cats following me. I felt like the heckin' beastmaster (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑
That is SO COOL!
Sarah, you’re like… Snow White. Hahaha. Was farm life hard? I’ve always wondered about living in the country. I’ve lived in cities my entire life.
