A lonely tree loomed in the distance. The sky was clear and there was a chill in the evening breeze. Tonight felt magical. On the approach to that lonely tree; it didn't seem anything special. It was old and twisted, with scars from men and turbulent weather. Closing in you could almost feel its presence. Slowly at first, its roots seemed to hum beneath each footstep, louder and louder the closer you came. Reaching the summit along side the old spirit, each leaf shimmered and danced in the moonlight, like a thousand butterflies fluttering to an earthly beat...
