Watch them burn

Lena walked along the sidewalk her eyes scanning those who would pass her by, today she seemed to be scoping out the competition if she were to let her demon loose. Judging the humans based on power level was kind of shallow of her, but power was all she had ever known, the humans don’t generally react well to unknown entities. To Lena a person is worth their valuebility in a fight and nothing more and no one in the area seemed to be able to put up much of a fight with how little their power level seemed to be. She was not looking to learn, nor was she looking to actually fight, it was an activity she didn’t exactly enjoy, none in the area seemed to be anywhere near the level she was.
“Pathetic, is there none here that can fight at all? Their power levels all seem so low in comparison to me none of them even give an air complexity to them, do they not have any holy warriors?” Lena shook her head, how was civilization like this supposed to defend from an invasion, not that she assumed it would be invaded anytime soon, but the world was pretty open to certain odd visitors. “And as such they will fall, yet i must not underestimate them...Humans can pose a great threat when they work together, i should investigate their ability to work together next.” Lena gave a soft sigh as she continued on her walk her head pointed more to the ground, as didn’t care to watch where she was going, it wasn’t like they could do anything to her anyways.
Lena had almost given up to return home when a sudden spike in energy hit her sensory magic, quick to bring her head up trying to locate the spike the magic was quick to move and Lena was quick to follow the trail her spell left behind t her eyes. It was only a few minutes before Lena found what had sparked her sensors only to find an odd locking human under the spell that soon vanished, as quickly as she had arrived Lena had switch from tracking to observation. What an odd human indeed, they seemed to having going on with their body, it looked as if they had severely burned skin or pherhas Lena’s eyes were tricking her. Tricks or not, it seemed this man could pose a threat and Lena had two options, either learn his tricks to counter him later or eliminate him now, but what would be fun with the second option? So for now Lena would feign humanistic qualities and simply study, perhaps the man could teach her a thing or two about questionable individuals.
