That one egg note means so much to me bc. If we only had Pyrrha's point of view, if we only knew Wake as the passionate cruel amazing leader who could unite a people but was too angry to give them hope and who Pyrrha still loves desperately twenty years after killing her, well. It would be easy to assume it was a lopsided affair. That Pyrrha cared more than Wake did, more than Wake could.

But we know. We know that even more than half mad, Wake's ghost was thinking of Pyrrha. They were never going to have a life together on some half-living moon, but we know that when she is in heaven she'll remember her mouth.
