!!!!! now that I'm done screaming with jealousy lol is there any chance you can remember like, stuff he actually said about his photography? as much as I want to meet him and am enjoying the pics, i'd love to actually know what he said too :P

I don’t remember a lot since I didn’t really get close enough most of the time, and when I was close enough, it was too loud to understand him. He did say though that all his photos were shot ‘as is’ on location, i.e. there was no digital adding of props etc. He asked a farmer if he could use the land for his his photos (in exchange for ‘enough beer’) and he got the man to actually plough the land for him so it would look like a war trench. He also said that he grew up and learned his arts with regular photography on film instead of digital, and he still loves to do traditional photography from time to time. Basically it was the same than what’s on his website already, just at a speed where he kind of overtook himself while talking^^ (which is a thing he always does when he’s nervous). I hope to get a better chance to ask him some questions tomorrow or on Wednesday :-)
