Festival Pier on the Southbank of the Thames was the film unit base for a significant part of the boat chase. The Sunseeker, Q Boats and other support vessels can be seen in this photo, with Waterloo Bridge in the background. Filming the pre-titles sequence for "The World Is Not Enough".

It was exactly 25 years ago today, 30th March 1999, that I visited the location of the James Bond movie "The World Is Not Enough". EON Productions had started filming the pre-titles boat chase the day before, on a slip way alongside the MI6 building at Vauxhall Cross. This was to be the first of many visits I made to the River Thames and London Docklands film shoot. To celebrate this silver anniversary I am pleased to announce the publication of my Photobook entitled "Chasing James Bond"*.
This book will contain hundreds of exclusive behind the scenes photos of the famous Boat Chase, many of which have never been published before. It will be available Worldwide in both softcover and hardback editions. More information will be revealed over the next few months, when my website www.bondpix.com will be updated.
