re-ink feature: Q Workshop elven transparent

blue → pearl white and gold

It took me a really long time to decide on how to ink this set, and the people of the Dicecord helped some as well! Finally decided I wanted it to look like an elven artifact, a bit Phial of Galadriel-esque.
