Status Update 03. - "It was all going great until I had a fucking episode."

I met Avery in the Rec Room. At first I found her interesting because she was a good shot, but then I learned a lot about her and I think like.. friends. I think the last two days holds the record for the amount of times I've called someone a "friend". The Coalition would be disgusted. I'm satisfied.

I picked up a crossbow in the company of Delilah. The closest person I have to a (platonic) friend is who she hates. Which sucks. But we got along just fine. We even had a bet- I lost and had to answer a question of hers.
She asked about my volunteering. I explained every detail. ... I couldn't handle it.. I. I can't -

I finally met one of the cool careers, Clifton. He seems alright. I know for fact there's a lot about him about him I don't know. I doubt he'd ever tell me anything. I'm simply a face to kill in the Arena.
Anyway, we had a race on the track after I promptly yelled at him to find out if he was asshole or not. It was fun - we ended in a tie.

I finally caught up with Fox! We worked at the edible plants station, identifying things that could be eaten while talking about the usual. You know, burning sheep costumes, the threat of the Hunger Games, my very sexy boyfriend. I may or may not have asked her to stick together in the arena. It went alright.

What meant to be some playful banter between Caradoc and I turned into full out training. We worked on some wrestling tactics. I got some very useful tips for the trainer about getting away from some grasp. Since you know, I'm kinda small. Shut up.
