more or less everyone eventually gets a happy ending (except for maybe chisaki, rip.) i honestly can't remember where i left toga in QAB2 it's been too long. iirc she and kaminari were on the outs because kaminari was being dumb and this sends toga into a productive spiral that leads to her contacting hawks?
i vaguely recall an unpublished future outline where she and hawks team together to start misdirecting the press, HPSC, and nighteye and generally throw random wrenches into everyone else's plot lines. eventually kaminari gets over himself and contacts toga independently and she feels kind of embarrassed and doesn't tell him about any of it... which leads to more problems when he finds out... but they work it out in the end.
im writing this on the train because it's been like a month since ive answered any asks/been on tumblr and i was feeling bad about it, but if you want more specifics, i can dig through my old notes. at some point. when i get a spare hour... been real busy lately
