Quest for dragon fruit part 1

First things first I bought a red dragon fruit from the store, I cut it in half and gutted half of it into a siv to get rid of the pulp

I ran the siv under running water to get rid of as much pulp as possible, being left with olny seeds (mostly)

Gross.

I dumped it all on to a paper towel and put another one on top of it to sperate it into two sheets, one layer, of seeds each

The other half however.... Yum
