The booming sound of his voice made her flinch just the slightest as the larger man stared down at her. He was serious. Yet, her stubbornness didn’t seem to fade as she pushed the blankets further from her body. Without hesitation, Qiyana immediately stood from her bed to protest. A mistake she would come to realize rather quickly.
“Who do you think you-!” she paused at the sudden dizzy spell that hit her. Placing a hand over her eyes and using her other hand to steady herself against the bed, she stood for a moment as the vertigo passed. It was like the entire room had decided to shift and spin like some awful merry go round. Even her legs felt like they were ready to give in right under her. Still, though she was physically weakened, her fire never seemed to really ever fade. She knew he was right, however, there was no point in fighting it him.
“I- ugh...fine!” with that, Qiyana slowly removed the hand from her face as the dizziness faded. She huffed and leaned back against the bed before looking up at Sett.
“I will stay in bed.”
