Any suggestions for initiating a QPP? I really want to be in one with my person. They already call me their platonic wife. I love them more than anyone! But I’m also nervous to bring it up because I don’t think they have prior knowledge about QPRs.
You could always attempt to bring it up offhand one day - qprs in general, I mean. Start a conversation about them somehow, such as commenting on the fact that maybe your friend is in one? If that’s the case? Maybe you could see (insert fictional characters) or (insert people in your life) in one. Talk about that and see where it goes from there!
Be educational and patient, but don’t get too disappointed if they don’t “catch your drift”; if they seem enthusiastic about the idea of qprs, try bringing it up to them at a later date again!

I'm gray-polyromantic asexual, and I've started having feelings for someone, but I don't know if it's a crush or a squish, like whenever I think about he and I holding hands, or him kissing me on the cheek, or us on a date to get milkshakes, I feel all warm and fuzzy, but when I think about full on kisses , it feels weird to me, he's 3 years younger than me and I don't know if age gaps matter as much in qprs as it does in regular relationships, but I really want him as a qpp.
i would say that it sounds like a squish to me, especially considering you yourself said you want him as a qpp. It’s really up to you to decide what you want to pursue with him, and if you feel like you’re generally more platonically attached then i advise going for the qpr!
also, i don’t know your exact age, but if you both are adults, then 3 years is completely fine by me!
Have you seen the TV show Community? I think two of the main characters, Abed and Troy, could be considered queerplatonic. It’s not canon, but honestly when I first learned about QPPs I thought of them right away!
