@smcityfairview launches its Q Art Exhibit using the QR code technology. This is the first mall to showcase informative contents, cool images, funny lines, promos and freebies from its dining tenants and other stores in a very innovative and tech savvy way. Customers get to enjoy awesome treats by scanning over 200 unique QR codes found in various places in the mall and in the different art installations at the atrium. Interested participants can also share or save the different contents using their smart phones. 昨年12月に始まった「Qrious的Web制作スタイル」。今回は総まとめになります。

これまで全5回に渡って、各作業の担当者が、実際にQriousの中でどう動いているのか？について語ってくれました。

振り返ってみましょう。

プロデュース編

第1回目は僕が担当したプロデュースについてです。

プロデュースは、Web制作そのものよりも、ビジネスモデルやWeb戦略について、Web全体の人・もの・金を包括して仕切る人で、制作に入る前のお膳立てや厄介事をクリアにする役割と、制作に入った後のサポートが主な使命だってお話ししましたね。

クライアントの要望は、果たして理に叶ったものなのか？独りよがりで、ユーザーから掛け離れたものになっていないか？そもそもWebで達成できる内容なのか？など、決まったことをひっくり返す勢いで、疑ってみたり、ホントにそれでいいの？って問題提起をするよ…
