I don't have to in a sense that no one is making me go back on it, I've actually been off it for a few years because previously I was on a prescription that really didn't mix well with me (so I kind of just weened myself off and tried different non-medicated approaches). I'm to a point where I really need it again though because it's getting increasingly hard to function without.
