WELL, I thought that it would be a WONDERFUL idea to go running with a shoe that had a tattered sole, and ended up with a blister right on the pad of my foot last Thursday. I thought it wouldn't happen again today. Boy was I wrong. To end this sad story, I have a blister that is semi-healed with a newer, fresher, stronger blister on top of it.
