“Why is there a storm cloud crying for angst?”
Well I guess I don’t know- they still love you but if you don’t love them I can’t do anything about it
Jess was suddenly very quiet, staring at the ground. She sat down and pressed a hand to her chest with a sigh. She didn’t answer.
Well- you act like you don’t like em right now
“I don’t hate them or anything! It’s just that- now wait a minute... if I don’t like them as you say it is, how do you know that I’ll like them again?” It sounded fishy for some reason.
Jess honey can I talk to you? Its really important.
“Yes Dominic? What is it? Is there something wrong?”
Well think about it- if they like each other now-when you like them again it’ll be a CUDDLE PUDDLE!!! Not one demigoddess girlfriend- but TWO!!!
Jess blinked, utterly confused by that but one thing caught her attention. “What do you mean by me liking them again?”
They may have bonded more than you'd expect over being sad about you. A lot more.
“Oh...” Jess’s expression was neutral with slight concern which might grow into something deeper, but for now, she smiled a little. “That’s good at least. I’m happy for them.”
Oh boy are you in for a surprise with Brier and Hemo, Jess
“Hmm?” Jess was still under the spell, so she didn’t have any feelings about the news yet. She was genuinely curious though. “What happened?”
