Dev Log Continued - July 2015 - Quadtree Rendering
Just finished the first version of the quad tree rendering pipeline. System is very efficient, and intuitive. Next step will be rendering hills and valleys using the quad tree renderer
아이디어 : Mean shift와 Quad-tree 접목
Mean shift를 이용해 색상을 단순화 하면서, 적절하게 영역을 나눈다.
그리고, 해당 영역을 Quad-tree Split & Merge하여 각 영역별로 세부 분할한다.
이 때, Mean shift 결과 중 하나의 영역 안에 다른 영역이 곂치거나 포함될 수 있다. 그렇다면, Masking을 통해 일정 이상 곂친다면 split하지 않거나, merge하도록 결정한다.
