I searched for Quadible Integrity's YouTube channel, saw a video titled "★Get A Smaller Waist Fast!: Muffin Top Reducer★ (Binaural Beats Healing Frequency Meditation Music)", clicked it to see how it sounded, and was immediately assaulted with the most ear-tormenting noises.
Which I suppose is somewhat appropriate considering how diet culture is built around the idea that we should torture ourselves into thinness.
Has anyone of you ever tried this subliminal message stuff thats supposed to change your eye colour or something like that? Currently trying that out, will update you on that too👀👀😂
