We went to Brownsea Island in Dorset, England for a day trip in May to see the endangered red squirrels. We didn’t expect to see so much other wildlife on the island - these oystercatchers were fun to watch chasing off the crows and each other, whilst making their “peep peep” calls flying past us over the water and beach.
