Quaker Calm Tea tasting notes: Every year we cultivate, harvest, dry and blend a very limited-edition herbal tea as a fundraiser for local initiatives. This year’s blend is beautiful to look at, with a smooth, herbal flavour. Once we were done mixing the herbs and flowers, we paused at the Quaker Meeting house to savour a cup and relish a moment of gratitude.
