Being able to do a proper push up is essential for more advanced movement. Unfortunately, I rarely see athletes perform push ups properly...and it drives me crazy 😖😫😤 so I'm going to break it down for you: •Start: plank position, arms locked out, core tight, legs together. •Transition: lead with shoulders, forearms remain vertical, chest and thighs touch the ground (not stomach!).
