Good ol' Pushups
I'm happy of the weight I've gained over the years of not doing anything but staying at home from 2020 to now.
All I ever wanted was to be the weight that I am now. But after trying to be active again I find myself struggling at doing things I used to be able to do with ease. Simple stuff like walking up a REALLY long flight of stairs or upwards a hill I had to walk everyday since 2014. Welp, gotta do something about it so tis my chance to actually condition my body to support my current weight and what a better way to start that than with doing pushups to build back up that strength.
