A bitch baked a loaf of bread.
I started a sourdough starter in May... it was going well for like 5 days, and then I forgot about it... and had to restart it because it got moldy. Anyway, here’s my first attempt at sourdough from scratch. I added rosemary and thyme into it. I’ll need more salt next time, but it’s DEFINITELY sourdough, and I am INSANELY proud of myself.
