Day 4 of 30. Incorporating clean eating during my challenge. When staying at home first started I didn't know what the heck to feed these kids for lunch. I panicked and bought all kinds of noodles, ravioli, and other packaged foods. Which is ok, but the last 2 weeks I've been trying to incorporate more whole foods. Today's lunch was a salad bar. Simple. Easy. Did it take me 45/11 hours to clean and cut all this produce? Yes Will they have raviolis tomorrow?
