Here’s what I meant to do yesterday before two noodles stole my focus.
Just want to express my absolute love and adoration for @develation’s Two Face AU. Not only is their sense of monster design and anatomy just complete witchcraft, but they managed to take the concept of Dreamtale and make it Actually Terrifying. Like my god. If that’s what Nightmare turned into in canon, Dreamtale would have a WHOLE different vibe and I love it to pieces.
Plus Vantablack. Romantic or platonic I don’t care it’s still Vantablack. Passive Vantablack too, Dev’s really aiming for my weak spot there. ;w;
Anyway Ink’s design is glorious and he’s an absolute cinnamon role. Do browse through Dev’s stuff it’s all wonderful ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Part Three comes in with Quasar!Ink!
My baby boy is finally here! Gotta say, this is the first time I'm writing an Ink that is an actual sweetheart and loveable bean. I need to do it more, because he was fun to come up with.
Ink's parasite is a lot more, a part of him, if that makes sense? The black liquid, or his ink, is his parasite. It's more just a section of his mind than anything else. Ink got his parasite when he broke his soul and fell through his au. In the middle of falling through that void, the parasite latched on to him and pulled his soul back together in the process. Leaving Ink just to fall into a random au, confused out of his mind, and his body not quite the same anymore.
Ink and his parasite feed on the by-product of existence. This builds off the principle that everything gives off a sort of aura. if it takes up space - and therefore exists - then it has an aura. Ink is the only one who can see it when he feeds (top right pic), and the parasite part of him expands the liquid in floating masses to absorb that aura. Nothing (living or non-living) is affected by it, so Ink has a relatively clear concesence :D
For his body, his legs and tail are made out of liquid so Ink can't really walk with them, they can't support his weight. So he floats! And when he gets really happy he twirls around like when dogs get the zoomies xD.
Personality-wise, he is super skittish and shy. Mainly because he has no idea what anything and everything is, or how to interact with people, for that matter. Nightmare literally had to chase Ink down and hold him to the ground to get him to stop running from him xD.
Another reason Ink is so skittish is because he is absolutely terrified of Error. Whose parasite is a world eater- so I'm sure you can see how that meeting went. He's convinced that Error will eat him if he sees him, so anytime Ink sees the other skeleton he books it. On the other hand, Error is also terrified of Ink because he thinks that Ink will kill him for being a threat to his food source... So there both being idiots basically. Classic Ink and Error, what can I say.

ErrorInk Week 2022 | Day 2 - Mistakes Are Sometimes Made
More Two-Face!AU finally! Saw this and I thought it'd be a great challenge to motivate me to finally draw some Devour!Error. And well, he doesn't look too different from little Quasar does he?
I know I said there'd be no Error/Ink in this au and there won't. I just took the liberty of using the ship in platonic means. The rules never stated that they had to be in a romantic couple and to feel free to be creative sooooooooooo- ANGST BABY.
Error is such a complicated mess in the au. It's not his fault, and he and his parasite are truly the worst-case scenario. A lot of times he doesn't know where the parasite ends and he himself begins. Doesn't do any good sanity wise :p
