ADAKIAS: Mother and I get along pretty well. She would tell me stories when Pallis isn't around--sometimes she would take me to the rose garden to make crowns for the me and Pallis. Now, that she's sick, she can't really do anything with me. However, I tell her stories while she rests.

ADAKIAS: Father...hm. Well, he's strict. Very strict, especially around royal business. Always giving me high expectations (Not as high as Pallis'--he's got it bad.) and telling me to at least grow up. I'm trying my best to make him proud.

What are your parents like? Who are they?

PALLIS: My mother is Queen Liba. She’s very kind but mostly strict around us. When Adakias was younger he would love to dance with mother and sing with her but right now, she’s sick and I don’t know if she can get on with her duties. 

My father, King Riqan. Also strict, he’s been telling me since I was little that If I want to inherit the throne, I’ll have to be responsible. And I am—I’m trying my hardest. Though, he blames me for reading the stories to Adakias and making my little brother delusional. He and I don’t have a balanced realtionship but I get that he wants us to be serious about our roles in royalty.
