He had left them.. The scientists had changed their course of action from benign observation, to dangerous experiments in recent weeks, and such things terrified the massive reptilian beast.. He had tried to find him, too, to find Darren and bring the boy with him when he’d escaped, but.. He hadn’t managed.. Not to mention that his actions then had also caused the military observing him to act more aggressively as well..

But now he’d escaped. He’d retreated back into the ocean, and he’d fled for his life. Even as his blood had stained the water, and as sharks had descended upon him, Taigus had fled. Now, halfway across the world, he emerged again.. Exhausted and in pain, he emerged and made his way as quickly as he could across the savanna, limping as he went, each heavy step shaking the ground beneath him.

Zazu circled a few feet above Sarabi’s head, pointing towards a cloud of dust in the distance. “It’s the migration! The herds are crossing the river back into the Pridelands!

Mufasa felt a sudden warmth rising to his cheeks. “You did?” Did this mean she liked him? He remembered his mother telling him boys and girls got each other presents when they liked each other. “But I don’t have anything for you,” he muttered, lowering his gaze to the ground and lifting one paw to scratch nervously behind his ear.

Hm…maybe Bee..? Sounds the same, but to make it more like savannah friendly? Maybe hc that Sarabi is terrified of honey bees?

Yeah, I was thinking Bee would be more appropriate for the setting. And lol, a mighty lioness afraid of bees. Now I have to think of an irrational fear Mufasa would have.

I HAVE AN AU I AM DYING TO DO PLEASE I will call it "War General Conquered

A story where instead of Scar pulling away after their father passed Mufasa took over and calmed Scar promising a funner path for his younger brother. The pridelands flourished and Scar was occupied expanding Mufasa reign and rule. Mufasa tapped into the brutal ruthlessness and became one of the greatest conqueror in Africa. Scar followed Mufasa directions until he of course grew so much in pride that he still wanted the throne and started conquering his his own name Mufasa found out and don't know from there but it’d be cool redirection of a bad thing. It would work because help Mufasa would send scar off with his army of hyenas. and they would literally rip Africa apart and put it back together as one. Then Mufasa would be able to focus on the kingdom ,Simba and his newest territories. A simple redirection to calm a enraged soul. I am currently writing this as a fanfic when its done I will post for you all to enjoy.
