When I first met my friend Matt at movie night I was so happy because I felt like he really understood me. I love ALL of my friends so much, but I feel like Matt and I really get each other.

About a month or two ago I was feeling really down. Then two of my favorite paintings were ruined because I accidentally spilled paint diluent over them. I got so angry I decided to go for a walk and ended up at a Walgreens. An elder lady there was trying to ask for help from a clerk and he kept making fun of her. I snapped and hit him. I don’t remember much after that but I trashed some of the store. My parents paid the owners off so it wouldn’t get out that I’d done it.

I used to be friends with a lot of kids before being sent to Briarcliff. One of them actually goes to WDPA now. After I got sent away I expected their letters, since the institution let me get and send as many as I wanted too as long as they could check them first. I never got anything. Not even from my parents.

What is the character afraid of?

Raphi is afraid of the dark, small spaces, and water. Her triggers are blood/gore, kidnapping, and murder.

How do they deal with bad memories?

Having experienced the murder of her parents, Raphi dos not do well with bad memories. She tends to suppress any conversation regarding murder, etc. in order to keep the memories out of her head. On the occasion that she does have a flashback, she finds solace in mediation, playing guitar, and hugging Simon, who seems to be the only person that can calm her down from a nightmare/flashback.

What is this character’s role in a horror movie?

Raphi is the character who everyone thinks will die in the first ten minutes, but ends up surviving because she had the best hiding spot.

How do they hide their secrets?

A journal kept in her paint chest keeps Raphi’s secrets, although she is quite an open book. Most who know Raphi know everything about her light side. Simon and Shego are the only friends she has who know about her diagnoses of PTSD and bipolar disorder.

Which of the Seven Deadly Sins does the character relate to most?

Raphi relates most with Envy, but she is mostly pure at heart.

Miss Me

I would miss having a female best friend, because for a while all I had was Manfred, and he’s quite awkward when it comes to girly things. I would miss her strength, and her magical wisdom, and our mutual attachment. Vanessa is very dear to my heart.
