Just this afternoon...

I'm with my sister to buy the things we need. We rode in a tricycle driven by a old man with two charming kids, the boy is sitting in front of his lolo and the girl is sitting on his back. They are looking at me with their big eyes of curiosity. I approached them and smiled genuinely. I said "Hi! What a cutie!". I know they are shy but they I wondered why they kept on looking at me, I don’t know if it's because I have big eyeglasses that reflects rainbow colors when the light strikes on it or they're just curious. As we were on our way, this little boy keeps on calling me "Ate! Ate!" saying nothing else but that. I asked him, "Ano po yun?" but he failed to continue what he wants to say, he just kept smiling at me widely. We get off the tricycle, paid the ride and bid to the them "Goodbye na kay ate! Thank you po!"

I stand to be corrected

You told me the principles that rule your life. I admired you so much since then. You made me believe that they are true and caring. I shared it to people I love then they judged it/us because we’re opposing what they know and what they feel. They said I am crazy and scared of you, scared to hurt you. They didn’t see your bleeding and broken. They don’t know the real thing. They don’t realize that I am sharing something really important, covering their ears and clouded by their jealousy. I hope people cared a lot, much like you did to me. Corrections from you stabbed me but the lessons behind it are treasured deep down this secured heart of mine.
