Enjoy a gourmet selection of hors d’oeuvres and fine wines as this unparalleled event features a panel of progressive, resilient women who will transparently engage with our guest on topics ranging from Mental Health Awareness, Overcoming Low Self‐Esteem/Negative Self-Images, Surviving Domestic Violence, and Healing from Within.
Our new panel will share the resources and tools they used that helped them overcome adversities while asking themselves questions like:
“How do I reroute my negative energy into EXCELLENCE?”
“How do I find beauty in the struggle?"
"I have visions and goals, but where do I start?"
For a deeper audience engagement, intimate breakout sessions will allow guests to build connections by being provided with relevant topics for smaller group discussions, networking, and increase knowledge in the art of wine tasting and pairings.

In addition to her many noteworthy accomplishments, Jotina has written the book "Change Your Language, Change Your Life". In her book, she shares the importance of “exploring what you can say differently today to change your tomorrow”.

Before launching WatchHerWork, Denise was the top executive with ChaseSource Real Estate, a $10 million facility and construction management firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. Previously, she served as COO of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Denise’s other professional experiences include her work as a real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis and a manager of acquisitions with Greater Houston Partnership. Prior to that, Denise was head of Marketing and Promotions for AOL for the South Florida region. Denise is also co-founder of JONES Magazine, a national lifestyle magazine.
