Suddenly (Insta)Famous! (4655) Sick of watching his friend Sandor pining over a certain redhead, convinced no woman would want him, Jaime sets up a fake Instagram account in Sandor's name to prove he is desirable to women. He never thought it would be this popular!

lemonade

thanks @queenoferebor1204 and @ladytp for educating me about what aussies call a lemonade and what you call lemon juice (btw, here, when i say that i squeeze some lemon juice or some drops of lemon juice, i mean i am adding unsweetened, just squeezed juice from a lemon for clarity’s sakes. while i am not against sugar, i do not use lemonade to season my food, especially the savory dishes). i was teasing of course with the quote but it got me to thinking of how the various english speaking (former british colonies) countries differ in the meanings of their words. for instance, i work in tax field and oft australian tax professionals would use the word “scheme” to describe some tax planning which is not a word we americans would use. so even if the words sound the same, the meaning may differ. and it is interesting how unique in many ways the usa is from those other countries, not only our dialects but also our way of thinking. actually quite cool!
