as promised, here are the more quality pics i took of the shirt and cape i made last night!!! i was up until a bit after 3am working on these but it was worth it!!!! its a little hard to see in these pics, but on the cape there’s an orange strap going across the shoulders and behind the neck to hold everything in place. this is the first complete outfit ive finished, and its making me really excited for the other ones im doing :DDD

:DDDDDD thaaank!!!!!!!!!!!! im really proud of how well they turned out, considering how much i altered the original pattern, and the fact that i dont have time to make any mock-ups to test them out before cutting into the actual fabric i bought to make the garments out of (cuts the time in half, which i NEED, but it also doubles the anxiety i feel when first cutting it out D: in this particular contest of time constraints vs personal preference, time is winning by miles oops)

Look at my new niece!!! Poor baby's running a 102 fever but she's strong as hell and is amazingly calmer in her older sisters lap She's been sleeping a lot and is only about 22 hours old so here's hoping she gets better real fast.

so this is pretty much the finished version of the fall/winter menswear collection i did for fashion illustration class. i only needed to do 5 illustrations for the requirement, but i wasnt able to fit the trench coat in the last drawing into any of the other outfits so of course i had to do one more ;p

i used markers, colored pencils, white gel pen, and black ink pen to color them in. all together, coloring the entire line probably took me around 6 hours.
