College AU

The first day of the term was not going well at all as Reirei expected. And to think she had been excited receiving a scholarship and studying abroad for the first time. She has been from a poor family being orphaned and sickly at a young age. The adversities drove her to study as hard as she could until her application for a college scholarship was luckily granted.

Ever since setting foot at the foreign land, she just encountered one misfortune after another. Her luggage got lost and took her two hours to ask for assistance before she was able to find it. The cab driver that was supposed to take her to the university didn’t understand her well because of her accent and got her hopelessly lost. It took almost all of her extra pocket money just to pay the cab driver because of that predicament. When she finally came to register at the university, her registration paper was missing as well and it took her forever just to file for loss.

It was the middle of the night when Reirei finally arrived at her dorm room. She was completely exhausted that she just gingerly tossed her luggage to the side and sprawled immediately on the bed. She was already falling half-asleep when the door opened. She stood up to see who it was and noticed a shorter pink-haired girl staring at her strangely.

“Hello, is there anything you need?” Reirei inquired. The other girl was probably too perplexed to say anything she simply pointed out to the room’s label. It read ‘Sheba J.’. The dark-haired girl was surprised to see this. Did she get the wrong room? She quickly got her school forms to check if she was mistaken. The room number and location was right though. She looked at the other girl nervously and said, “Umm…Sheba is it? I think we have a problem…”
