Yes, you need to purchase it, but SlingTV lets you both livestream it and stream it at a later date, so I’m not sure???

I think Netflix labels all shows as netflix original when they have like..exclusive distribution rights or something...they do it with a bunch of other shows in Austria too...I think Orphan Black might even be one of them...not sure how that works but at least they seem consistent?

I’m not sure if it had those right in the US though? I know internationally it gets put up the night after it airs on Netflix, but like in the US, it’s also on a ton of other platforms? Like Amazon Video and Vudu, so that would seem like it doesn’t have exclusive rights?
