hey! so, i have a question for some of my genderqueer mutuals/followers/really just anybody who sees this but:

i'm actually kind of sad because i came across a video of my partner calling me by my old name from several years ago and i accidentally deleted it. i'm in this weird stage where i kind of miss being called ellie? and maybe it's because i've met a lot of genderfluid people who shortened their name to ellie, maybe it's because i actually feel like there's more mainstream queer representation associated with that name, maybe i'm just learning more about history and realizing "oh my god my parents named me after like 4 lesbians lmao" but i'm kind of comfortable using basil AND ellie? i always felt weird about referring to my birth name as my deadname because like, that person's not dead, i still feel a deep connection and some kind of protectivity over the child i was.

obviously i know people using multiple pronouns is a thing (lmfao i literally do it and have done it for like almost a decade atp) but for people who use multiple names in general, does that get confusing? is it a thing people make a big deal about with y'all too or is it just whatever?

I don't look queer. My outfits and overall look is more straight cis male passing than anything. I don't feel like I am supressing my gayness with it but I feel like my options are limited at times what I can wear.

🏳️‍🌈 - Do you enjoy the colors of your preferred flag? Do you incorporate it into your outfits, decor, etc.?

I love the colours of the MLM flag AND especially the ace flag. I love the shades of blue in the MLM flag and my fav colour shade is blue. Ace flag tho it's so nice looking and it can go with anything tbh! I have the flag as an obscured art on my phone's wallpaper
