It’s something you get better with over time ⏰ from backstabbing, betrayal, hurt, pain, resentment, anger etc. Self love is being in love with every part of yourself. Taking care of your own needs 🚰, and not sacrificing your well being to please others. Not settling for less than you deserve. In order to really fall in love with who you are, you can’t hate the experiences that shaped you.
