I made pancakes with cottage cheese this morning, since I didn’t have milk or anything similar, and they were really good. Like, delicious pancakes with a little cheesy goodness. I’m eating the leftover two now, and they’re still amazing. Sometimes questionable cooking decisions turn out well.
