my life's a mess

and I feel fucking awful at the moment

but

I have been happier recently.

mainly because this year is the first time I've had real friends, like not the mean, backstabbing bitchy type or the ones that ignore/avoid you. But these people make me laugh and have the ability to make me smile to myself when I think back to our conversations. idk it sounds sad when I say it like that, but i'm really happy about it

I need to remember that i'm so lucky to have these amazing people in my life when I get like this
