I've been seeing a lot of big system positivity, but very little positivity for small systems, so here!
While big systems face a lot of negativity, I feel like small systems get a lot of distrust. Just know your very cool and swag fellow disordered friends 😎

Psst, hey!
If you are working hard to increase communication and tear down dissociative barriers, please don't get discouraged when nothing changes or doesn't meet your expectations! It takes a lot of work and time, and it's easy to get stuck in a hard place, but its beyond worth it, even if it's just a sliver of communication or co-consciousness.
So don't give up! Giving up will only cause more road blocks in the future, trust us!
