In light of the other anon’s recent ask about omega x omega, If reader’s heat starts and they allow both Simon and Price would there be a possibility they’d fight/get territorial over her? Or would it be more of a “They’re marked by Price so it’s not my place”?

Oh absolutely they'd fight. Depending on who got to the reader first, they'd immediately become territorial and any other alpha that entered the space would immediately be seen as a threat. So in this example, if Simon got to the reader first and Price tried to enter the room or get close to the reader, Simon would immediately get defensive despite the fact the reader is Price's claimed omega.

The pheromones put off by omegas in heat drive them quite literally insane. They lose all rational thought and will attack other alphas, even if they're packmates, because once the other alpha catchesa whiff of those omega pheromones, they will try to take the omega from the other alpha. That's why Simon and Johnny stayed as far away from the reader's room as they could, and even Kyle was a bit hesitant entering the reader's room at first. Thankfully alphas don't typically get defensive when betas are around during heats, unless of course that beta does anything that might be perceived as a threat towards the alpha or the omega. Betas aren't affected by omega pheromones, so there's no instinctual need to protect the omega from them.

And yes, it does happen in poorly structured packs where mistreatment is common. Good alphas will take precautions, like Price and Simon did, but that's not always the case. Often if a territorial fight happens, the omega gets caught in the middle and can be accidentally killed since their instinct to escape and protect themselves from the alphas is completely gone during their heats.

Simon would not encroach on that space knowingly. He's going to take proper precautions and keep himself as far away from the omega's nest as possible. The 141 are a very structured and knowledgeable pack, so accidental heats would not even be a possible threat either. They keep track of the reader's heats, and they have Dr. Keller to help with that as well. Plus, you know the betas would risk themselves to protect the reader if something like that ever happened, but it's very, very unlikely it would.

Going off of the anon's ask going on about reader and Simon cuddles.

Simon is just snoozing face down on the couch in the rec room. The other 3 can't find reader until they see her hand or foot sticking out from under Simon. They realize she's comfortably being squished by him on the couch. In her own little warm cocoon

One of the betas is looking for the reader but can't find her, which of course kicks up a panic because John hasn't seen her either and of course she'd never leave without one of them right? (😉)

So Johnny goes to the rec room to wake Simon in a panic because their omega is missing and he just happens to see a foot sticking out from under the blanket Simon's got tossed over him, a foot that's far too small to be Simon's 😂 cue and end to the panic and the quiet attempts to get pictures of the reader just happily sandwiched between Simon and the couch. Of course John gets worried she's being suffocated, but she's fine. Just happily snoozing away, unaware of the world 😂

Totally random, but I was at IKEA yesterday and it made me think about how funny it would be for reader and the guys to go to any furniture store. That and the idea of "pack friendly furniture".

Like bedframes that claim to have enough storage for nesting supplies. Or "heat durable" as a selling point.

I could see Price wanting more practical furniture and reader begging for more cute pieces.

Oh there's definitely pack friendly furniture 😂 California King/Alaskan King beds are definitely more common and cheaper because they're preferred. Sturdier bed frames that can hold three or four people and also be "heat durable". We know there's things like bed liners for heats, and I'd imagine there's even "heat resistant sheets," though the jury would still be out on their efficiency. So many types of pillows and blankets for nests. Really big blankets that could fit like three people under them at a time 😂 maybe four if they're small bodied people.

Price definitely will pick practicality and durability over style and cuteness, but all the reader has to do is pout and look cute enough and he'll fold (after checking the durability of course).

i am gonna be like 100%, I don't see Simon liking being cuddled by anyone but Johnny and eventually omega. Having a hand or foot casually touching him? Sure. But laying on his chest, curling up in his side or back? Absolutely not. That's for his man and his lil lady.

Oh absolutely. He might do a little post coitus snuggle when it comes to Price and Kyle, but like laying on the couch or cuddling all night in bed?? That's reserved for Johnny and (eventually) the reader. If Kyle fell asleep and his head drooped onto Simon's shoulder after a long day, or on their way home from an assignment, sure. He'll let him stay there. But full on dick to ass spooning?? That's reserved for Johnny only. Being spooned?? That's the reader's job. She's the only one allowed to go full jetpack with him.

Could Omega kneel for Ghost? Could she kneell for both Ghost and Price, if Price had no issue with it and I don't see him having an issue? Would the mark effect that? I don't know how a/b/o universe works. I just got into it.

Okay, since this is a lore question and not a plot question, I can answer it. This is entirely hypothetical and does not necessarily mean it will happen in the fic.

I think I've answered something similar too before, but I'm too lazy to go looking through my lore masterlists, so I'm gonna answer it again.

Technically yes, the reader could kneel for Ghost, if their relationship progressed that far. It would require Ghost to be either in the process of becoming the reader's second alpha, or if he already has claimed her and become her second alpha. So, obviously Price has to be okay with that happening (which he would be), so he'd be fine with the reader kneeling for Ghost as well. That would take a lot of trust and vulnerability from Ghost, so ya know.

I hope that makes sense.

Oh they definitely did double takes 😂 it takes the reader a moment to get used to saying it after so long, but the first time he gets name dropped, their heads are snapping to look at the reader, and then at Simon to make sure that was okay and he's not about to throw hands with their precious omega.

I think it was an even bigger shock when he didn't hardly react at all. The other three were definitely sharing looks, wondering if it's a joke or a prank, or if they've somehow shifted into a parallel universe. 😂

Simon definitely has to reassure them its okay and he gave the reader permission.

Lmaooo he'd be getting revenge for that one. Texting him a pic of the panties and that there's a surprise in his room, and he walks in all excited and it's just the bear in the panties 😂 she'll be paying for that one for a long while.
