Anyone is having trouble with the queue? It doesn’t send any posts to the queue or is just me?

Anyone is having trouble with the queue? It doesn’t send any posts to the queue or is just me?
Does somebody else's queue not work properly? I have it on like 40 pictures a day and it's actually just 5 or something like that...
Queue Problem
I'm having problems figuring out how queueing works. I would like to have a list of 40 post queued a day, and I set the time between 10 am and 1 am, but the order of my post is automatically altered and the hours too, it sets itself between 12pm and 12am. It's really frustrating! Does anyone know how to make it work?
Please help this is concerning me I can't get it out

Word of warning:
posts on this blog won't be as frequent for now because for some reason my queue isn't working properly and refuses to post anything at all -____-" so i'll have to manually post when i can. justttttt saying does anyone else have this problem?
