,,I am here at this very loud party hanging out with some new friends what about you dear brother?" eyebrows raised and folds arms softly while looking up at her older brother. ,,I am not that tipsy for goodness sakes!" she chuckled softly before hearing rivens voice and laughs then keeps focusing on her older brother still trying to figure out why he came to talk to her.

He knows this look on her face, these actions are all too familiar for Sky. She’s beeing reckless but if he tells her as much - here surrounded by her friends and classmates - she’s not going to listen. Would he be any different?

A hand rises to go through his blond hair as he closes his eyes momentarily, shaking his head only slightly. The first party of the year is always a big occassion in Alfea, he’s been part of it even before he was a student of this school. Yet when his little sister is involved he’s bound to worry. “You’re not that tipsy? Great, do us both a favour and keep it that way. You’re here to focus on school, remember?”, his gaze drifts to where his own friends are waiting and he sighs, “I want you to have fun, Lana, I really do. But you gotta be careful, too, ‘kay? Take some responsibility. Alfea’s no walk in the park”

There is a threat in her voice, she does not even attempt to hide it carefully. He can sense it and his muscles tense. Beatrix is at an advantage here, and even if Sky wants to lash out at her now, he knows he must treat carefully. While he is still confused about these changes, while he finds himself in a world turned upside down - Mrs Dowling gone, his father returned, Silva a criminal - she is a fish finally returned to the waters of her home. She knows what is happening, what has happened to cause this friction in his own reality, and that - more than her words and not-so-empty threats - causes anger to rise within his stomach. 

Who does she think she is? Who does she think he is?

"There is no debt unpaid between us, Beatrix. Take your reckoning somewhere else" He knows it is a lie, after all he has treated her terribly before - but did she not deserve it? Is she not now proving the depths her character was hiding before? Maybe Riven was right and he should not be so judgemental. Maybe he simply has stopped caring though, now that everything has so literally turned to shit.

"Tell me what you want from me and then let me be. I have other matters to attend to. And if this is about Riven, trust me, I did not sway his mind from you. I tried, but he did not listen" He needs to get to the training grounds, face his father. The last thing he needs right now is her messing with his head.

“ you don’t have to tell me anything, we can just sit here. ” (from bloom!)

                    A small smile tried to form upon his lips as Sky tilted to the side ever so slightly, just enough to lightly bump his shoulder against Bloom's. He liked this, being close to her, knowing she was there. It made him feel less alone even though he was aware of how fleeting this moment was. Like sand already running through his fingers. Would she miss him? If he went after Silva, if he turned his back on all of this... would she miss him? 

"That's very kind of you", he replied - the young specialist had been well trained in banishing any sadness out of his voice and he used these years of training now. It was not the time for honesty. If he was truly honest, with himself, with her, Sky had not forgiven Bloom for what had happened when he last opened his heart to her. He understood why she had done it, but that knowledge alone did not help with the pain. "To be here, I mean. It is very kind to spend your evening beside a moping friend instead of  celebrating with the others"  His smile had turned into a grin now, all honesty lost to him, before the truth could rip his heart apart. If Riven had survived so long, hiding behind a grin, why should he not try that, too?

His head hung low as he ran a hand through blonde curls. Sky wanted to tell her the truth, wanted to stay here, beneath the stars, and allow Bloom to see what he had been hiding for far too long. But when the sun rose tomorrow he needed to be on his feet, he needed to find out what was going on and where they had taken the man he had called father. His feelings for Bloom would only hold him back, if he acted on them now it would leave her with the hurt he felt. And he could not hurt her, not willingly. 

"You say I do not have to tell you anything, but if silence is truly all I can offer you, Bloom", he turned his head, looking into her eyes, "Will that be enough?"
