Seeing Blaine at the audition was expected, it was New York and there was alot of talent here. He figured he’d eventually run into him. “Should I just leave now?” he asked walking up to him. “Or do you think I stand a chance against you?”

He sat down ( more like plopped but semantics ) on one of the leather couches in the commons, enjoying this far too much, of course he’d have a bit more decorum if the other Warblers were here, but that wasn’t the case. He crossed his arms, “No no, go on, tell me just how you plan to teach all the Warblers back-flips when half of them are hardly coordinated enough to do a dance that is more than just step touches. Go on,” he said taking one of his crossed arms, gesturing for Hunter to continue on, that trademark smirk on his face.

The rehearsal room was slowly filling with more of the cast. Sebastian was watching as everyone came in, as he was one of the first to arrive. It was interesting to see who all was in shows, some people he knew and he gave them a wave, most were having conversations or just getting ready, the newness of the cast clearly showing. He probably would have gotten less surprise if he read the emails or looked at the casting list beyond his own name, but he found little fun in that. He liked learning who he was working with day of, it made it fun for him. It made it so hopefully preconceived notions of names or people could be left at the door. Hopefully.

Then he saw Rachel Berry walk in, and Sebastian couldn’t look less smug if he tries. “Oh now this will be fun,” he said still far too pleased with this turn of events.

Sebastian had been doing his best to not be seen around Westerville as the summer ended, and the school year loomed. Boys were back in town, and making their presence known and it was already hard enough to hide what he was doing at the school most of the week, he did not need extra questions. So bumping into Blaine, at the Starbucks in a Barnes and Noble had come as a bit of a shock. He actually had his summer reading books in his bag, and had intended to try to read a bit on his break before he was needed back.

He didn’t even want Blaine to know he was here, it probably could have worked, he was behind Blaine in line. By the time Blaine would have figured it out, he’d be getting his coffee or whatever and would be on his way. However, it was also Blaine, so any self preservation instincts Sebastian had went out the window. His infatuation with Blaine ( no it was not a crush no matter what various Warblers said ), caused him to not behave rationally. “I figured you were more of independent bookstore type,” he said finally speaking up, leaning down towards the other teen.

He had a break between classes when he saw someone he thought looked familiar in the distance. Granted blonds were in abundance in the world, but Sebastian did know Jeff was coming to visit himself and Nick this weekend, which was being looked forward to and loathed. It was Nick and Jeff, you could hardly blame Sebastian for that.

As he approached him, he realized it was not in fact Jeff, but Sam. Color him surprised, not because Sam couldn’t get into Harvard, but because well he didn’t think Sam knew anyone at Harvard if he was visiting. “Hey,” he said, with an easy smile trying to catch the other’s attention. “If you’re looking for Quinn,” he was pretty sure they knew each other. “You’re not only in the wrong state, but the wrong Ivy League school.”
